A major restoration takes another step forward.

The picture above is of a repaired van about to be chemically dipped to clean it all up.
It has been a major restoration, everything in front of the "B" post, yes the entire cab has been made from new metal. Once clean it will be reunited with a restored chassis and then on to the paint shop.

Having a tidy up and clear out.

Trying to tidy up one of the garages, came across these J type items.
Can you guess what they are? The first one is easy.

We will be surprised if you can identify what the parts are for in the second image, only used on GPO J type vans. 

A second clue is that there should be four of them.

Another "new" van located and its for sale!

Another "new" van located and its for sale, a slight catch to all UK owners and wanters is that its not in the UK.

The owner is Shonu Dhanjal , He said "That's our car, call 0701555151 if interested. Let's see if you can get me to sell it".

The van is located in Keyna, contact Shonu by phone or a cheaper option is via FaceBook. Looks to be a 1950-56 model with repaired sills, indicators fitted and a front roof light. Thanks M.P. as always for finding out the details of this van.
